Shipping policy

General Information

We deliver your order reliably and quickly via our shipping partners GLS and Austrian Post. To help you plan your purchase, you'll find all details regarding shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods and export restrictions below. All information is provided in accordance with Austrian and EU law.

🌍 Third Countries

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, Norway, United Kingdom (please note – minimum order value for the UK: € 180,00!)

GLS: € 40,00 (including export clearance fees) 

🌐 Worldwide Shipping on Request

We ship with UPS to almost every country worldwide. As shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, weight and parcel size, we will be happy to prepare an individual quote for you – simply contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp before placing your order!

Customers with a delivery address in a third country will automatically see net prices excluding Austrian VAT at checkout. We ship under Incoterm "DAP", which means that import duties, customs and local taxes apply in the destination country and are payable by the recipient. 

Note on Our Delivery Countries

Since August 2026, the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) additionally requires a local authorised representative in every delivery country – on top of the existing licence fees. For smaller target markets, these fixed costs are out of proportion for us. We therefore currently only deliver to the countries selectable in the shop.

Your country is not among them? Write to us! If there is sufficient demand, we will gladly expand our delivery area. It is also worth checking back in early 2027 – should the EU requirements be relaxed or demand increase, we will add further countries.

Delivery Times

• Austria: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 2–3 business days
• EU & Third Countries: approx. 2–5 business days

During periods of high shipping volume (e.g. Christmas season), delivery times may be extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from the respective shipping carrier.

Payment Methods

• Credit card & Google Pay via Nets Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
• PayPal – not available for firearm-related components and certain accessories
• Klarna
• Bank transfer / prepayment
• Purchase on account via Ratepay (AT & DE)
• Direct debit via Ratepay (AT & DE)
• Purchase on account (for registered returning customers)

Available payment options are displayed automatically at checkout and may vary depending on the contents of your cart. Due to the policies of our payment service provider, PayPal is not available for certain items. These products can of course be purchased using any of the other payment methods listed above.

Pre-orders & Partial Shipments

If you pre-order items, the estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the available products immediately. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Shipping costs are charged only once, even if your order is delivered in multiple packages.

Shipping Restrictions / Export Control

Products subject to U.S. (re-)export control regulations under ITAR and/or EAR, as well as items listed in the EU Common Military List and their spare parts, are shipped exclusively within the Republic of Austria.

This applies, among others, to: magazines, electronic sights for military purposes, flash suppressors, as well as various products of U.S. origin.

For customers outside Austria, such products are generally neither visible nor available for purchase in the online shop. In cases where circumvention of these restrictions is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the respective order.

The customer undertakes to comply with the applicable export control laws. Violations may have legal consequences.
