General information
We deliver your order reliably and quickly with our shipping partners GLS and Austrian Post. So that you can plan your order, you will find all details on shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods and export restrictions below. All information is provided in accordance with Austrian and EU law.

We ship with UPS to almost every country worldwide. As shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight and parcel size, we are happy to prepare an individual quote – simply contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp before placing your order.
Customers with a delivery address outside the EU automatically see net prices excluding Austrian VAT at checkout. We ship under Incoterm "DAP", which means that import duties, customs charges and local taxes arise in the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
A note on the countries we ship to
Since August 2026, the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has required an authorised representative in every country of delivery, in addition to the existing licensing fees. For smaller target markets these fixed costs are out of proportion for us. We therefore currently only deliver to the countries that can be selected in our shop.
If there is sufficient demand, we will gladly extend our delivery area. It is also worth checking back in early 2027 – should the EU requirements be relaxed or demand increase, we will add further countries.
How to order from us anyway
The parcel forwarding service LogoiX provides you with a free German delivery address. We ship to that address, and LogoiX then forwards your order to an address of your choice anywhere in the EU. Please note that the LogoiX website and registration process are currently available in German only.

LogoiX GmbH is an independent company. The forwarding contract is concluded exclusively between you and LogoiX. We receive no commission for this and accept no liability for transport or forwarding.
Delivery times
- Austria: 1–2 working days
- Germany: 2–3 working days
- EU & non-EU countries: approx. 2–5 working days (plus customs clearance)
During periods of high shipping volume (e.g. at Christmas), delivery times may be longer. You will receive a tracking number from the respective carrier when your order is dispatched.
Payment methods
- Credit card & Google Pay via Nets Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
- PayPal – not available for firearms-related components and certain accessories

- Purchase on account via Ratepay (AT & DE)

The available payment options are displayed automatically at checkout and may vary depending on the contents of your cart. Due to our payment provider's policies, PayPal is not available for certain items. These products can of course be paid for using any of the other methods listed.
Shipping restrictions / export control
Products subject to the US (re-)export control regulations ITAR and/or EAR, as well as items on the EU Common Military List and spare parts for them, are shipped exclusively within the Republic of Austria.
This applies, among others, to: magazines, electronic sights for military use, flash hiders and various products of US origin.
For customers outside Austria, such products are generally neither visible nor available to order in our online shop. Where we suspect that these provisions are being circumvented, we reserve the right to cancel the order concerned.
The customer undertakes to comply with the applicable export control laws. Violations may have legal consequences.
