Cancellation Policy
Information on the Right of Withdrawal in the Case of a Purchase Contract for the Delivery of One or More Goods in a Single Shipment
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that it reaches DS Security KG (Dynamic Shooting Austria) in due time.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal or exchange is generally excluded for goods that are:

produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g., goods that are printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized by DS Security KG / Dynamic Shooting Austria),
-
special orders explicitly requested by the customer that are outside the standard product range of DS Security KG,
-
damaged or used goods (even if they have been cleaned),
-
goods showing signs of use or odors, or goods contaminated with pet hair, etc.
Conditions for Returns
A return is only accepted by DS Security KG (Dynamic Shooting Austria) if:

the goods are returned in their original packaging,
-
the goods are returned with all original labels attached,
-
the return shipment is sufficiently prepaid (we do not accept parcels sent “freight collect”/unpaid).
The buyer acknowledges that when returning individual items from a set offer, all discounts and previous discount commitments for the entire set expire, and a corresponding price adjustment will be made (by deduction from the refundable amount).
Consequences of Withdrawal
Withdrawal results in the cancellation of the purchase contract and obliges the buyer to return the goods. Upon withdrawal, DS Security KG (Dynamic Shooting Austria) will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs for delivery to the customer. The costs of return shipping to DS Security KG (Dynamic Shooting Austria) are generally borne by the buyer. DS Security KG reserves the right, in the event of its own fault (e.g., shipment of incorrect goods), to cover the return shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds will only be made after the returned goods have been received and inspected, or upon submission of proof that you have returned the goods, within the statutory deadlines and using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods (gross negligence or intent).
