Eemann Tech Competition Guide Rod for Glock Gen 6

The Eemann Tech Competition Guide Rod for Glock Gen 6 replaces the original plastic guide rod with a solid steel version. The increased weight of the rod shifts the center of gravity forward and downward, thereby reducing muzzle rise during the shot.

A separate guide rod such as this also allows the use of recoil springs of varying weights. Compatible springs are the Eemann Tech recoil springs for Glock Gen 6, available in weights from 10–15 lbs.

The guide rod is made from carbon steel and black coated. Weight is approx. 30g.

Compatibility:

  • Glock 17 Gen 6 version: fits Glock 17 and 49 Gen 6
  • Glock 19 Gen 6 version: fits Glock 19 Gen 6 and Glock 45 Gen 6

Application:

  • Tuning part as a replacement for the original plastic guide rod
  • Competitive shooting, IPSC, Steel Challenge
  • Use with the Eemann Tech recoil springs for Glock Gen 6 to adjust spring weight to ammunition and shooting style

Scope of delivery:

  • 1x Eemann Tech Competition Guide Rod for Glock Gen 6 (selected version)
  • Recoil spring and installation tool are not included

For installing the recoil spring, we recommend the Guide Rod Installation Tool by Eemann Tech.

OEM part number:

  • Glock 17 Gen 6: ET-120088
  • Glock 19 Gen 6: ET-120067
