Those who equip their CZ pistol with a Red Dot Sight face a frequently underestimated problem: The original front sight protrudes into the optics window's field of view, obstructing a clear sight picture. The Eemann Tech Front Sight Blank – also known as a dummy front sight or placeholder front sight – solves this problem in the right way. A replacement carbon steel insert replaces the original front sight and completely clears the optics window.

In doing so, it fulfills an important safety function. On CZ pistols, the front sight pin is structurally necessary as it holds the barrel bushing in position. Simply removing the front sight without a correct replacement is technically incorrect and functionally unsafe. The dummy front sight retains this pin, thus ensuring the proper mechanical operation of the weapon – ideal for use in the Open or Optics Division or with any other red dot conversion on a CZ pistol.

The part is made of carbon steel, black coated, and comes without a front sight blade – deliberately designed to serve exclusively as a placeholder when using a red dot sight.
