The LOK Grips Aluminum Backstrap is a high-quality upgrade for the Walther PDP Full Size, replacing the factory polymer backstrap with precision-machined 6061 aluminum. The result: noticeably more control, better recoil management, and an improved aesthetic.

The backstrap is CNC-machined from a solid block of aluminum and then anodized. The distinctive hexagonal honeycomb texture provides a grippy surface that offers reliable hold even in difficult conditions – whether wet, sweaty, or with gloves.

Why an aluminum backstrap?

A metallic backstrap shifts additional weight to the lower, rear part of the grip. This compensates for the top-heavy feel typical of polymer firearms and ensures calmer, more controllable shooting. The improved balance is particularly noticeable during rapid follow-up shots and speed reloads.
