Manufactured from durable aircraft-grade aluminum and precision machined, each bore conforms to the CIP specifications (TDCC dimensions) for the respective caliber. The manufacturing tolerance is a maximum of 0.02 millimeters . This ensures that only flawless ammunition fits into the cartridge gauge – for maximum safety and function when firing.

The integrated flip cover facilitates the even transfer of tested cartridges into a cartridge box. A specially designed recess in the base ensures quick and easy removal of cartridges, even when wearing gloves or in confined spaces.

Important note from the manufacturer regarding manufacturing tolerance:

The reamers used to manufacture the Ammo Checker are manufactured to CIP TDCC dimensions. These define the minimum permissible chamber dimensions for the respective caliber and are listed in the "CHAMBER MINI" column (see sample image in the product images).

However, due to the use of CNC machining and precise tooling processes, manufacturing-related dimensional deviations may occur. These typically amount to a maximum of approximately 0.02 millimeters and are therefore within the usual tolerance range.
