A. Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal subject to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DS Security KG, Linzer Straße 22, 4222 St. Georgen an der Gusen, Austria, Tel.: +436605669569, e-mail: office@dynamic-shooting.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at https://www.dynamic-shooting.at/pages/widerrufs-button. If you use this online function, an acknowledgement of receipt – including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt – will be sent to you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their condition, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion and/or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
